Signing in and what blocks it
The login asks for a username or email address and a PIN, and the PIN is case-sensitive. If a login fails, check the Caps Lock key first. If you changed your password recently, clear the browser cookies and cache, or open the site in another browser. If the screen still refuses you, write to live chat and attach a screenshot of the error message. A forgotten password is recovered with the Forgot your password link on the login screen; a forgotten username or registered email needs support, and the reply comes by email.
When the connection drops in a live game
A mobile connection can drop during a live round. Your bets stand and the round goes on, because other players may be in the same round. In blackjack, a hand you cannot act on is classed as stand and the game proceeds as usual. After you reconnect, the result of the round is in the game history or the clock inside the live game window. The same history is reachable from Balance History in the profile.
In slots, the Auto-Play button inside each game sets a series of spins; the series is a setting of that game only.

Deposits and withdrawals from a phone
Deposits and withdrawals follow the account rules wherever they are made. A withdrawal request goes only to a payment method in your own name; a request to another person’s account is cancelled and must be sent again. Security tied to account rules
Only the PIN can be changed from the profile. A change to a name or address needs support, with the correct information and the reason, and we review it. One person may hold one account, so a second account opened on a second phone is a duplicate and is closed. Verification pop-ups appear on the phone as they do elsewhere, and deposits or withdrawals can be blocked until they are completed.
Tournaments, challenges and sport menus
